How to use a menstrual disc?
Unlike a menstrual cup and a tampon, a disc is placed higher up in the vagina – just below the cervix.
How to use the disk:
You fold the disc in half so that it is the size of a tampon. It is brought backwards towards the coccyx and then pushed up behind the pubic bone.
Leave it on for up to 12 hours – even during sleep, sports and sex.
Easily removed with the small, innovative handle.
Empty it into the toilet
Rinse it under the tap and put it back up.
With a little practice, it quickly becomes a completely natural part of your menstrual routine.

Disc or cup?

Many women who have previously used menstrual cups find that a disc feels more comfortable and natural – especially if you have a sensitive bladder, a weak pelvic floor or after having children.
A menstrual disc works completely differently. Where a cup sits in the vaginal canal and is held in place with a vacuum, a disc is placed higher up – under the cervix, where it rests gently behind the pubic bone. The disc does not rely on vacuum, which makes it much more comfortable.

Sterilize in boiling water for about 5 minutes before the first use.
Rinse the disk with cold water after each use. Wash with mild soap and rinse.
